Localism Act 2011 - Adoption of New Codes of Conduct
Notice is hereby given that Hemsworth Town Council adopted a new code of conduct on 26th June 2012 to meet the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 which came into force on 1st July 2012. The code deals with the conduct that is expected of members and co-opted members of the council when they are acting in their capacity.
