Localism Act 2011 - Adoption of New Codes of Conduct

Notice is hereby given that Hemsworth Town Council adopted a new code of conduct on 26^th June 2012 to meet the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 which came into force on 1^st July 2012. The code deals with the conduct that is expected of members and co-opted members of the council when they are acting in their capacity.
